INTRODUCTION TO YOGA will begin August 5th for every Wednesday in August at 6 p.m.  
Please sign up online or come into our studio to sign up. 
This is a great series if you are brand new to Yoga. Learn the lingo and the poses! 

We specialize in Hot Yoga and we also have a few non heated classes if sweat isn't your thing!
Come in for a total mind body experience!

Yoga Rope Wall

This fantastic tool is a very safe way to experience greater flexibility, stronger muscles and safer inversions. 

Using the traction of the ropes allows you to safely explore different poses and correct alignment in poses that would be difficult to learn.

 By taking away Gravity, you will be able to take your practice to a new level!
